Process Engineering Supervisor

Role PurposeLead and manage a team of process engineers responsible for assembly, cable assembly, molding/over molding, and manufacturing processes for power connectors and cable assemblies.Ensure strong execution across product development, production line transfer, and sustaining manufacturing while driving manufacturability (DFM/DFA), process stability, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities- Directly manage and develop the Senior Process Engineer, Cable Assembly Process Engineer, Molding/Over molding Process Engineer, and Assembly Process Engineer- Provide technical and execution leadership across product development, NPI, line transfer, and sustaining manufacturing- Ensure strong collaboration with Product Development, Fixture Design, and Test Engineering teams- Drive consistent application of DFM and DFA to improve manufacturability, quality, cost, and scalability- Review and approve process definitions, validations, and line-transfer readiness- Lead issue escalation,...
