Experience in production planning, material control, High level proficiency in MS Office, excellent skill on Excel, proficient on English in reading, writing and speaking (Bilingual).
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**: Enter and update order information in the fulfillment system accurately.
- **Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries and issues related to our products and deliveries in a timely and professional manner.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor digital product inventories and report any issues to the Electronic Fulfillment Manager.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as Customer Service, IT, and Sales, to resolve order fulfillment issues.
