Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
- Solid understanding of supply chain and procurement processes.
- Available to start ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all food ingredient deliveries and inventory.
- Monitor product stock levels to ensure timely replenishment and avoid shortages.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders in accordance with company policies.
- Handle the preparation of all Requests for Payment (RFP) for both local and international suppliers.
