Procurement Compliance and Shared Services Associate I

Main Purpose of the Job

Responsible for assisting the Procurement Compliance and Shared Services Manager in the daily procurement activities such as but not limited to purchase transactions, monitoring and reporting of utilization under the contracts/agreements, and vendor coordination.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure that the vendors/contractors adhere to the Company Code of Business Principles and comply with QHSE Policy and Procedure
• Ensure maintenance and update of ISO quality records, guidelines and procedures.
• Assist in the resolution of system issues and vendor performance issues concerning purchase orders and delivery schedules.
• Assist in the disposal and/or resale of manufacturing assets, factory wastes and production scraps.
• Assist in vendor management activities i.e. basic data gathering, performance reporting, etc.
