Key Responsibilities:
- Drive workshops with client procurement/spend management teams to understand business processes
- Provide solutions for high-priority production issues
- Collaborate with delivery teams across different phases of project execution
- Lead knowledge transfer sessions post go-live with internal and external stakeholders
