Procurement Data Analyst

POSITION: PROCUREMENT ASSOCIATE

The Procurement Associate supports the procurement function by assisting with sourcing, purchasing, vendor coordination, and procurement documentation. This role ensures timely, cost‑effective, and compliant acquisition of goods and services in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in procurement or a related work experience
• Knowledge of liquidation and cash advance processes
• Proficient in Basic Excel Skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Existing supplier network is a plus
• Willing to learn and adapt
• Must be familiar outside Metro Manila locations
