Procurement Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop cost‑effective procurement strategies for raw materials, equipment, and subcontracts, ensuring material quality meets project standards.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and Bills of Quantities to identify, source, and evaluate technical materials.
• Identify potential suppliers, build relationships, and negotiate contracts for cost optimization and delivery speed.
• Issue purchase orders, track deliveries to align with construction schedules, and collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Prepare procurement reports, maintain accurate records, analyze price trends, and provide savings analysis.
