Junior Executive

Responsibilities:

• 1. Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term delivery and service) with suppliers.
• 2. Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system
• 3. Responsible for preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• 4. Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time.
• 5. Perform ad-hock tasks if needed

Requirements:

• 1. Candidate must posses at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related courses.
• 2. Required skill(s): MS Office.
• 3. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, 中文 (as will needed to deal with supplier from China)
