Job Descriptions

1. Team Management: Fully responsible for the establishment, daily management, talent development and performance appraisal of the Malaysia procurement team. Standardize team SOPs, oversee all local procurement operations, drive the team to achieve business targets, and ensure compliant, efficient and stable regional business operation.
2. Local Product Pool Development: Conduct in-depth research on Malaysia’s industrial market. Build and iterate the local product pool covering MRO, industrial equipment, consumables and other core categories. Take charge of category planning, parameter standardization, pricing system establishment and SKU optimization, develop a localized industrial product system, and enhance market competitiveness of local products.
