Procurement Manager

Primarily responsible for contributing to the company’s financial goals through effective and efficient implementation of procurement strategies of goods and services, supplier relationship management, contract negotiation and management, and risk mitigation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plans, directs, manages, and coordinates work activities of subordinates relating to procurement of supplies and materials.
2. Responsible for developing and implementing Procurement policies and procedures.
3. Lead person in strategic sourcing and procurement strategies.
4. Provides strategic insights needed to meet business and project objectives.
5. Coordinates with relevant stakeholders to ensure business objectives are being met.
6. Manages procurement processes, including contractor accreditation and supplier evaluations, to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
