Procurement Manager / Sr. Procurement Engineer

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the entire procurement lifecycle from sourcing and negotiation to contract management and vendor performance evaluation, ensuring best value. Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals, optimizing costs and mitigating supply chain risks. Negotiate complex contracts with suppliers, securing favorable terms and conditions including pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules. Identify and qualify new suppliers, conducting thorough due diligence to ensure compliance and reliability.

Qualifications

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil / Architectural). Demonstrates a minimum of 12 years of UAE experience in procurement, with a focus on engineering or technical procurement. Exhibits a proven track record of successful contract negotiations and cost savings initiatives.
