Job Description
Job Title: Procurement Specialist / Officer
Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full procurement cycle from requisition to delivery ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Conduct market research to identify evaluate and onboard reliable suppliers.
- Lead contract negotiations to achieve best pricing terms and quality standards.
- Handle RFIs RFPs and RFQs; evaluate bids and make cost-effective recommendations.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contractual KPIs and SLAs.
- Maintain accurate procurement and contract documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement with business needs.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings process improvement and risk reduction.
