Procurement Specialist

As a Procurement Specialist , you will be responsible for the timely delivery of quality products and services at optimum cost from the right sources. You will ensure that all purchasing transactions strictly conform to the company’s policies and mandated standards, guaranteeing no equipment shutdowns caused by stock‑outs or delayed deliveries.

You will work closely with all internal departments, the Procurement Operations Supervisor, AEV Auditors, and external suppliers/contractors to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose‑driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Procurement Execution & Bidding: Review and scrutinize purchase requests (PR) for completeness; initiate competitive bidding with at least 3 accredited suppliers for items such as consumables, hardware, mechanical/electrical items, safety PPEs, and minor IT equipment/services.
