Assist in the procurement process by preparing and processing purchase orders.
Oversee International Sourcing
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, customs regulations, and regulatory requirements.
Graduate of 4 years Courses (Business Administration Course is Advantage)
3 Years’ Experience in Procurement
Good communication skills both oral and written
Knowledgeable in computer (Excel, Word and Power Point)
With Analytical and Problem-Solving Ability
With Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills With Planning and Project and Management Skills
Knowledgeable in sourcing out supplier abroad
