• Oversee procurement operations ensuring costeffective purchasing without compromising quality
• Manage warehouse inventory stock levels and supplier relationships
• Optimize supply chain processes for seamless operations
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and sustainability practices
• Work closely with chefs restaurant managers and suppliers to meet operational needs

Who We Are Looking For:

• 3 years of experience in procurement supply chain or warehouse management (preferably in hospitality)
• WHS Oversight (experience in WHS is a must)
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
