Product Design Engineer

1) Responsible for preparing product process documents (FMEA, control plan, work instructions, etc.), promptly resolving technical issues, improving work processes, and increasing productivity
2) Responsible for the design and verification of fixtures and jigs;
3) Responsible for reviewing the process of product drawings, organizing and archiving process documents
4) Lead the introduction of new products, confirm whether they comply with standardized batch production, determine process operation standards, confirm process procedures, and verify key process technologies
5) Responsible for responding, analyzing, resolving, controlling, and preventing product quality issues
6) Continuous improvement within the factory, led by cost savings
