Lead / Senior Lead - Accesories

Hands-on experience in CATIA is mandatory.
Experience in UG NX will be an added advantage.
Extensive experience in designing automotive seat accessories, like :
Headrest
Armrest
CLA (Cushion Length Adjuster)
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes related to automotive seating and accessory components.
Experience working with major Indian OEMs is essential.
Good project management and people management skills, with proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
Sound understanding of automotive seating regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Capability of handling Goble Customers like China /Europe and NAO.
Good at plastic design.
