Manage end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise telecom products including:

• Unified Communications (UCaaS)
• Contact Center Solutions (CCaaS)
• Fixed Connectivity Services
• Internet Leased Line (ILL)
• SIP Trunking
• IPVPN / MPLS
• SD-WAN
• Managed Voice Services

Experience with enterprise communication and collaboration platforms such as:

• Microsoft Teams
• Cisco Webex
• Zoom Phone
• Genesys
• Avaya
• RingCentral
