JOB SUMMARY

The Product Development Officer will play a key role in optimizing customer experience and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative products that resonate with our target audience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends
• Conduct Market Research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and customer needs
• Define product requirements, create product roadmaps, and prioritize features based on business value and user feedback
• Collaborate with Brand, marketing, and Sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch
• Monitor product performance and user engagement, analyzing data to inform continuous improvement
