Job Description
Own the product strategy, roadmap, and iterative delivery of the company’s CRM product, covering core workflows including leads, customers, orders, reporting/analytics, marketing, and customer service.
Partner closely with Business Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to conduct user research and competitive analysis, gather internal/external requirements, map end-to-end processes, identify pain points, and translate insights into actionable product solutions.
Produce high-quality product deliverables including PRDs, wireframes/prototypes, user flows, interaction specifications, and other documentation; facilitate reviews and align teams on scope and acceptance criteria.
Drive end-to-end execution with engineering, QA, and implementation/operations teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Lead CRM integrations with upstream/downstream systems to improve data consistency and enable closed-loop business processes.
