The Product Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned product categories, from concept development to market execution and performance monitoring. This role drives product strategy, branding, pricing, and promotional activities to ensure market competitiveness, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Product Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute product strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Manage product portfolio including new product development (NPD), product enhancements, and rationalization.
Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, trends, and competitive positioning.
Define target markets, product positioning, and value propositions.
