Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product portfolio, stock planning, and market strategy
- Support sales teams with technical guidance, quotations, sizing, and tenders
- Conduct product training, presentations, and customer demonstrations
- Maintain supplier relationships and manage warranties/product issues
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
- Drive product growth and support business development initiatives
Requirements
- B-Tech / National Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Experience in backup power, UPS, generators, batteries, or related industries
- Strong technical, communication, and presentation skills
- Good understanding of IEC standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Valid drivers license, own transport, and willingness to travel
