Job Summary
Responsible for driving the implementation of marketing and business plans for the Transfusion Business Unit across Spain and Portugal, ensuring alignment between product strategy, commercial priorities, and customer needs.
The role combines core Product Management responsibilities with extended Business Unit ownership, including performance monitoring, cross-functional coordination, and execution of key initiatives to achieve revenue and margin targets.
Acts as a key interface between Marketing, Sales, and other internal stakeholders, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and driving their effective execution across the region. Supports the commercial organization through value-based positioning, competitive insights, and market-driven initiatives, with a strong focus on customer needs and business impact.
