Product Operations Manager - Consumer Lending

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end chain of business operations, including product development plans, campaign management, marketing initiatives, and partnership collaboration with internal stakeholders across product, technology, legal, finance, compliance, marketing, credit risk, and customer service teams within Alibaba E-commerce platforms.
• Work closely with internal and external partners to drive the adoption and growth of BNPL in-market, with a strong understanding of fintech and lending landscapes.
• Contribute to and influence the product roadmap together with product development and technology teams, with the objective of improving user experience, developing product features, and building operational tools to improve product conversion and overall customer experience.
