Product Quality Engineer

Role Summary:

Work on Embedded x86 SOC debug and failure analysis for customer and factory failures. Reproduce failures, isolate root cause, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, validation, FW, manufacturing) to drive corrective actions and quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand SOC as a complete system (HW, FW, BIOS, SW)
• Run and debug system-level tests (SLT), reproduce failures, collect logs
• Set up bench-level and system-level testing/diagnostics
• Generate hypotheses, design experiments and electrical tests to validate
• Perform root cause analysis, resolve quality issues, drive product improvements
• Provide technical support and generate reports for customer cases

Preferred Experience:

• Embedded systems, validation, or HW/FW debug (internship/project OK)
