• Manage OSAT Manufacturing Activities (Assembly and Test)
• Non-conforming lot management

• At least 5 years experience in Semiconductor “Packaging Assembly and Test” Industry (Process and Packaging Development know-how is a plus)
• Able to handle and drive remote support team and OSATs
• Knowledgeable in problem solving techniques

• DOE
• Knowledgeable in process optimization approach (Evaluations) and DOE definition
• Statistical analysis know-how
