Job Description
As a Product Specialist, you are responsible for developing and optimizing various product groups. You will acquire in-depth knowledge of the product range, its applications, and the market, working closely with colleagues, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Following a comprehensive onboarding and training period, you will develop one or more product groups and support team members where necessary.
You continuously develop and optimize the product portfolio based on market insights, customer needs, and technical requirements.
You collaborate closely with colleagues and suppliers to define the correct product specifications.
You act as the primary point of contact for product-related and technical inquiries from the sales department and other internal teams.
You monitor product quality, availability, and performance, taking action whenever necessary.
