The Product Supervisor is responsible for leading the development and execution of new and existing products across
the portfolio. This role oversees the product development process from concept creation through market launch,
ensuring products align with brand strategy, consumer needs, quality standards, and commercial objectives

Product Development and Project Leadership
• Own multiple product development projects simultaneously from ideation through commercialization.
• Establish development timelines, key milestones, and project deliverables while ensuring projects remain
on schedule.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Creative, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Operations, and
external partners to drive successful launches.
