Mid-to-Sr Level UX Designer

We're looking for a mid‐to-senior level UX Designer who can take ideas from early concepts through execution and isn't afraid of a little ambiguity. You're strong in UX fundamentals, thoughtful about systems and flows, and comfortable collaborating across product, tech, and content to create meaningful user‐centered experiences.

What you'll do

• Translate requirements and rough concepts into clear, user‐centered design solutions

• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes from low to high fidelity

• Map systems, states, logic, and complex user journeys

• Apply UX theory and principles to design decisions

• Build, modify, and maintain components within existing design systems

• Proficient in Figma—using it as your primary tool for design, prototyping, and documentation

• Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
