Our client is seeking a hands-on and organised Production Assistant Manager to take ownership of their end-to-end production process. This is a varied role combining workflow coordination, fabrication, and occasional installation support, offering long-term stability and real responsibility within a growing business.

About the Role
In this role, you will manage production from job release through to dispatch, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time. You will be involved in both planning and hands-on work, contributing directly to the delivery of high-quality signage across a range of projects.
