**Job Title: Production Associate**
**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our growing team! This role involves performing batching processes, machine operation, and material handling. This role is great for someone who enjoys learning different processes as day-to-day work varies! We work on a 1st shift M-F 6am-2:30pm schedule, with overtime as needed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Measuring and preparing raw materials and chemicals.
+ Operating and monitoring production equipment and processes.
+ Material handling with forklift and pallet jacks.
+ Packaging of final production and preparing for shipments.
+ Quality control for accuracy, safety, and customer specifications.
+ General housekeeping tasks to help ensure clean and safe work environment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience working in a manufacturing setting
+ Previous experience in batching, mixing, or compounding is a plus
