Job Description
We are looking for a Production Engineer Trainee to join our specialty paper production team inTervakoski. The trainee program lasts approximately 14-18 months and includes a 1-4 month job rotation at another Delfort mill in Europe. The starting date of this Delfortgroup’s trainee program is flexible, at the latest in autumn 2026.
Your main responsibilities
- Daily production tasks on the production line (paper machine); performance monitoringrå, ensuring production quality, problem‑solving and leading people.
- Participation in CAPEX projects
- Various production development tasks
- Gaining hands‑on experience across different production environments to grow into a skilled professional in specialty papers.
Your profile
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Science
