Job Description
True North Salmon, a division of Cooke Aquaculture Inc., offers a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the Company’s team as a Production Lead Hand located in St.George, New Brunswick.
Responsibilities
- Perform all job tasks carried out by workers across multiple production areas.
- Fill in and assist when departments are short‑staffed or when covering for absent employees.
- Support task assignments and daily scheduling to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Provide clear direction and guidance to production employees.
- Oversee machinery setups and adjust machine controls as required.
- Complete the job demands of all labourer positions on the production floor.
