In this role, you will:

Assist the Production Supervisor with leading a mining crew to safely and efficiently deliver production results

Carry out effective inspection and reporting processes in accordance with relevant site policies and procedures

Co-ordination of production operators and equipment to deliver the production schedule

Conduct mining practices to reduce costs and improve efficiency

Actively seek continuous improvement

About you

Previous experience as Crew Leading Hand in an open-cut mining environment is preferred
