Job Description
Facilitate and lead strategic initiatives for new developments
Experience in customer specific requirements - Globally
Provide management and guidance to multi-functional project teams globally
Provide and assist the Research and development group establish timeliness
Provide full accountability for project schedules, project management and performance requirements for enterprise level projects.
Experience leading work groups in areas such as materials (customer service),
Basic Engineering knowledge of new product design development and/or quality in the automotive industry.
Strong customer service skills and ability to provide accurate and forthcoming information to customers.
Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Familiar with IATF 16949/ISO14001 standard and manufacturing tools; APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA and SPC.
