SUMMARY:
Production Manager required for our Client, a global leader in the pumps and valves industry to be situated on the East Rand. Candidates must have a similar background from a similar mechanical manufacturing environment with qualifications as per below.
POSITION INFO:
Purpose of Role: Control and manage the operational function of engineered pumps manufacturing, ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards. Oversee health, safety, housekeeping, and environmental compliance. Reduce scrap levels through corrective actions and drive continuous improvement. Lead training and development initiatives and manage all aspects of manufacturing and quality. Apply CIP methods to minimise costs, implement advanced processes to enhance productivity, and develop work instructions and toolbox talks.
