**Position Overview**:
The Production Manager works in conjunction with production team members and management to plan and execute strategies for their particular area.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: capacity planning, best practices development and training plans, as well as a commitment to continuously improve the quality and efficiency standards of the area.
The role is highly dynamic and combines both tactical and strategic activities which must often be conducted simultaneously.
The Production Manager is a critical component in the Company's Value Stream.
