We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planner. This essential position supports daily production planning activities to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, thrives in a dynamic environment, and can provide effective work direction as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Plan and organize the production schedule to align with business goals and capacity.
+ Establish production floor priorities and provide work direction in the absence of the Manager or Supervisor.
+ Offer guidance to Production Planners and Assistant Planners as necessary.
+ Lead and facilitate daily production meetings.
+ Provide backup support for planning activities to the Area Manager.
+ Release and print job packets for the production team.
