Production Planner / Scheduler

Production Planner/Scheduler to join the Production organization at the Hyvinkää Supply Unit (Electrification production). In this role, you will play a key part in balancing demand, capacity, and material availability to ensure efficient, smooth, and on‑time production. You will proactively evaluate capacity, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to achieving business targets across the factory and the global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the factory contact point towards ESU MM for order management and communication
• Follow the monthly S&OP plan to ensure visibility of workload for the next 3 months
• Analyze demand and capacity, supporting decision‑making for production management
• Release production orders on time and with correct quality
• Maintain planning and scheduling master data (per MS guidelines)
