Job Description
Major Functions
- Monitor the operation of assigned section and trigger corrective actions.
- Ensures that Set standard Productivity and Efficiency are consistently met.
- Ensures that set standard yield and output are constantly accomplished.
- Ensures that product standards set by the plant are religiously met.
- Responsible for effective usage of materials and resources of his/her assigned section/areas.
- Ensures that assigned section follow set sanitation (SSOP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), & Hygiene requirements.
- Maintains an orderly and safe workplace through implementation of 5S programs and safety programs.
- Utilize technical expertise to ensure continuous improvement of product and processes resulting to reduction of manufacturing cost.
