Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead production teams to ensure daily targets are met
- Coordinate with various departments for timely preparation of parts
- Monitor change over line setup and improve efficiency
- Handle people and parts management with attention to detail
Qualifications
- At least College Level/Graduate
- With at least 1 year of work experience as a Sub-Leader in a Japanese Manufacturing Company
- Must know how to handle more than 20 operators
- Ability to manage people within the assembly line
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexible and willing to assign in other task within the production group
- Able to create report in MS Excel and PowerPoint
