ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise a manufacturing crew of up to 20-50 employees Lead and promote a zero-injury safety culture by ensuring all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies, regulations, and procedures.Actively identify, address, and escalate unsafe conditions or behaviors, stopping work when necessary to prevent injury or risk. Lead or support incident investigations. Administers policies and work rules in conjunction with Human Resources department. Ensure clear, timely, and consistent communication across production lines to support safe and reliable operations.
