Lead a team of manufacturing operators and line leaders to achieve output, quality, and cycle time targets.Follow cleanroom protocols, safety regulations, and quality standards at all times.Participate in process improvement, cost reduction, yield enhancement projects & RPA.Comply with company policies, EHS requirements, and industry regulationsPerform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations
Qualifications
Fresh graduate with a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field is encouraged to applyWillingness and ability to work in a cleanroom environmentBasic proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPointKnowledge in Programming or Robotic Process Automation will be added advantage.
