Experience And Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. A committee will evaluate whether a completed degree is required.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in production areas (assembly systems, manufacturing, or automotive industry).

Knowledge, Skills, And Certifications

• 50% English proficiency.
• Knowledge of products, manufacturing and assembly processes, and quality systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Analytical skills, sound judgment, decision-making, negotiation, persuasion, and people orientation.
• High level of motivation and problem-solving skills.
