Production Supervisor (Electronics / Bulim Lane/ New Plant)

Job Description:

• Production Execution: Implement production schedules, allocate manpower and equipment resources effectively, ensure timely completion of production tasks, and continuously improve production efficiency and first-pass yield.

• Process Control & Exception Handling: Monitor production processes, guide employees in standardized operations, enforce self-inspection, mutual inspection, and specialized quality checks promptly report, analyze, and rectify production abnormalities and quality issues to prevent nonconforming products from entering subsequent processes.

• Shopfloor Management: Promote 6S management and production site standardization to ensure a clean, orderly, and safe workplace support lean manufacturing initiatives by optimizing production layouts and management processes.
