Production Supervisor
Responsible for overseeing production activities to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS) guidelines.
Responsibilities
Ensure that production is carried out in accordance with the QMS guidelines.
Comply with tasks and responsibilities within the IMS.
Ensure that operational personnel comply with the procedures involved within the QMS.
Ensure that personnel follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) where applicable.
Maintain standard yields and cycle times.
Complete equipment logs for pressure vessels (when applicable).
Take corrective actions to control products within specifications and QMS guidelines.
Maintain harmonious discipline while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Verify that QMS records are completed accurately.
Request maintenance service when equipment requires it and follow up until completion.
