Responsibilities

• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Oversee and coach employees; submit reports on performance and progress
• Ensure safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Provide support and guidance on manufacturing information by compiling, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answer questions and respond to requests
• Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record‑keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implement change.
