JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and supervise production teams to ensure daily targets are met
- Coordinate with various departments for timely preparation of parts
- Monitor change over line setup and improve efficiency
- Handle people and parts management with attention to detail
- Create reports and present updates using MS Excel and PowerPoint
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
