We are looking for a 1st shift Production Supervisor for our operations at our Temperance, MI facility. Looking for someone with steel experience.
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This is a hands-on leadership role that oversees daily operations, employee development, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. The supervisor works closely with production, maintenance, quality, and management teams to support overall plant performance.
