Production Support Lead – Eagle Investment Management Suit

Our Client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Production Support Lead – Eagle Investment Management Suit for their Boston, MA/ San Francisco, CA/ Hybrid location.
 

Requirements:

Eagle STAR/ Eagle PACE/ RDC

Domain understanding of Capital Markets

Oracle, SQL

Needs to be very proactive in identifying and resolving issues and comfortable with coordination with multiple business users of middle and back office teams.

BAU support lead must work with various business users of the middle and back office client teams.

Must be proactive in addressing production issues and have the ability to coordinate and resolve multiple issues in Eagle.

Root cause analysis and tracking the open items to closure are critical.

Must have a good understanding of the Eagle suite of products to enable interaction with multiple business teams.
